Privacy Policy

How Superboard handles account, board, Google Calendar, and support data.

Last updated: August 4, 2026.

Superboard stores the information needed to provide the product: account identity, boards and their contents, product preferences, operational records, and information you deliberately send to support.

Google user data

Google Calendar access is optional and begins only when you choose to connect it. Superboard requests access to identify the connected Google account, list calendars you own, create a calendar when requested, and create, update, or remove Superboard-managed events on a destination you choose.

Superboard does not import unrelated calendar events or use Google Calendar data for advertising. Google user data is not sold, shared with data brokers, or used to train general-purpose AI models. Access and refresh credentials are encrypted at rest and used only by Superboard's server-side calendar integration.

Superboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and service providers

Data may be processed by infrastructure and security providers that operate Superboard. Access is limited to providing, protecting, and supporting the service, or to complying with law. Personal calendar routing is not shown to board collaborators.

Retention and deletion

Disconnecting Google Calendar revokes Superboard's stored Google connection. You can choose whether reachable Superboard-managed events are removed or left as static copies. Superboard never deletes a Google calendar or unrelated event.

To request account or support-data deletion, contact Superboard Support. Legal, fraud-prevention, security, and backup obligations may require limited retention.
